The Book of Haggai

The book of Haggai encourages God’s people to prioritize the activity that God as He comes near. He does this by helping God’s people to understand the presence of the Temple, which was a symbol of God’s presence with his people.  However, as the book of Haggai looks forward, we see it point to the access of God that the Christian has through Christ, the new and better Temple.
